Are you a fan of the Transformers? I did not know that there is a new movie coming out soon until I saw the promotion - Giant Transformers being displayed in Midvalley Megamall.

Upper Cross Syndrome

I have just been told casually that I have Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS) so I looked up more information about this.

UCS is when you have rounded shoulders and your head juts forward when you walk. Quite true for me so I am going to have to read more about this and correct it. Do you know anyone who have UCS?
