CNY countdown

Another 3 days to go before CNY. Here's wishing everyone:

    Are you travelling any where during CNY? I'm taking 1 week off next week to go back hometown and a quick vacation to highland...Haha!

  5. Happy New Year! Obviously, I don't often celebrat Chinese New Year, but as a kid and part of cultural teaching for school I did make a dragon for myself and my friends to wear. That was fun. And one time I got a penny in a red envelope. Don't remember the significance of that though.

  7. Hi Jamie, thanks! During Chinese New Year, it is customary for Chinese married couples to give red envelopes containing money to children or unmarried people as a way of wishing them good fortune for the new year. :)
