Ladies only

Just recently at a nearby shopping mall, I noticed that a huge area of parking spaces has been cordoned off to create a ladies only car park area. Security guards manned the single entrance and exit and they only allow cars occupied by ladies to pass through the barrier gates into the special parking area.

Now do you think this is a good move by the management team of this shopping mall?

  1. I think it's a good initiative. Which mall is this? Just in case I have to drive on my own one day. Hehe!

  4. Hi Jennifer and "My Family's Memoir", it is Midvalley Megamall, Underground parking level B2 for Parking Zone A, enter via the parking entrance for Zone A. Not sure whether it is implemented for other parking zones on other levels or not.

  9. Hi Small Kucing, now that you mentioned it, I do remember seeing some sort-of buttons on a few pillars in a car park of a shopping mall but I can't remember which shopping mall. :(

  13. Hi Mun,

Just an update that I didn't find this section in Parking Zone B where we usually park. Must be just for Zone A only.

  14. Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for the update! I guess the management can't spare that many parking spots just for ladies.

    Hi Jamie,
Yes, thoughtful of the management to do this.
